I have always been fascinated by the mysteries of life. Who and what we are as humans, as conscious beings , is  tantalizing question for an entire life . Not coming to a distinct and limited answer but rather an opportunity to look again.  

Every once in while there is insight into how personality is formed and functions. A friend said recently we are all products of  our conditioning. Thats appears to be true, until or unless you "Come To" yourself in a relatively quiet moment.

Dance as a Metaphor

Show up in proper attire for the occasion

The Steps may seem fast, but with practice you can do it

Learning something new is never a waste of time

Don’t be afraid to try: you might enjoy it

You’ll get to lead but not as often as you like

When you make up your own steps, other people will watch.

Sometimes you have to back up and get some guidance

Your partner can make a big difference in how well you do

It takes time to learn and some people never get the hang of it.

Often you can’t help the way someone else moves

Listen to the music, to perfect your timing

If you miss a beat, ignore it and keep going

But watch others, you’ll learn something

Partners may come and go, but movement goes on

The Hot sweaty form is good for your heart

Dramatic pauses are powerful too – giving a moment to catch our breath

Drink plenty of water and eat light refreshments,

take breaks if you need it

Enthusiasm makes a big difference

Don’t be afraid.

People who refuse to take chances miss a lot

When the lights get low, slow down.

Most of all, Enjoy the dance
